We ship orders within 3 to 7 business days.
How long is the shipping operation time ?
The average shipping operation time to the United States within 10 to 24 Business days.The average shipping operation time to the European Countries within 20 to 35 Business days.The average shipping operation time to the World Wide within 20 to 50 Business days.Note that, sometimes there are some circumstances that are out of our control like (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) so, that may cause some delays from our carriers, and for that reason, we don't guarantee the exact delivery time because the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Can i cancel my order ?
You are able to cancel your order without any penalties, but you have to cancel your order within the first 24 hours after creating your order, but if the item has already been shipped, you will have to send us an Email with the subject line "CANCEL", and the reason for the cancellation.
How can i edit the address if it was written in wrong way, or by mistake ?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, then you will have to reply to your order confirmation Email and give us the correct information, and we can edit your address within the first 24 hours.
What will happen if my item was arrived damaged or broken ?
We are shipping our items with care and also with extra padding, but rarely that our customers report to us about some products that arrived damaged or broken because of the shipping carriers, and we always handle it with alot of care, because we are seeking our customer satisfaction.
What are the procedures for the pre-ordered items ?
If your order contains a pre-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and we will ship the items that are pre-ordered immediately whenever they are ready and available, so if you ordered more than one item in a single order and received only one of them, you will not have to worry at all, and you will receive the rest of your other items after a short time.
